The OASIS+ (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services) contract is a highly competitive, Best-in-Class (BIC), government-wide acquisition vehicle designed to streamline the procurement of professional services. Through this contract, the team will provide expert guidance in program evaluation, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise digital transformation for federal health and human service agencies.
